GajaGo (AE WORKS LTD) uygulamasındaki hesabını ve buluttaki yedeğini istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Uygulamadan (hemen)

1. Uygulamayı aç, ana sayfada Ayarlar'a dokun.
2. Hesap bölümünde Hesabımı sil'e dokun ve onaylamak için bir kez daha dokun.

Hesabın, e-posta adresin ve buluttaki tüm ilerleme yedeğin sunucumuzdan hemen silinir. Telefonundaki ilerleme silinmez; onu da silmek istersen uygulamayı kaldırman yeterli.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

studiostrgame@gmail.com adresine, giriş yaptığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. İsteğin en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve sana bilgi verilir.

Neler silinir, neler saklanır?

Silinenler: hesap kimliğin, e-posta adresin, adın ve bulut yedeğin (seri, altın, rekorlar, kelime ilerlemesi). Hesaba bağlı olmayan anonim hata ve kullanım kayıtları kimliğini içermez ve en fazla 180 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your GajaGo (AE WORKS LTD) account and cloud backup at any time.

In the app (immediately)

1. Open the app and tap Settings on the home screen.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm.

Your account, email address and whole cloud progress backup are deleted from our server immediately. Progress stored on your phone is not deleted; uninstall the app to remove it as well.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to studiostrgame@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. Your request is completed within 30 days and we will let you know.

What is deleted and what is kept?

Deleted: your account ID, email address, name and cloud backup (streak, coins, records, word progress). Anonymous error and usage records that are not linked to your account do not identify you and are deleted automatically after at most 180 days.
